Early Career & Foundation
My journey began in 2008 as a Software Engineer Trainee at NDOT Software Co., Ltd, where I developed my foundational skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This early experience taught me the importance of clean code and user-centered design.
In 2009, I founded Hanoi Network Technology Co., LTD, where I served as CEO and gained invaluable experience in business development, team management, and strategic planning. This entrepreneurial experience shaped my understanding of both technical and business aspects of software development.

My career at FPT Software from 2012-2018 was marked by significant growth and leadership opportunities. I progressed from Software Engineer to Technical Lead, working on critical projects for international clients including Royal Mail Group's Parcel-Force Worldwide system.
During this period, I successfully led the migration of core systems from Perl to Java using Agile Scrum methodology, demonstrating my ability to manage complex technical transitions while maintaining business continuity.
Executive Leadership
My executive roles as CTO at BOXME Global and Technology Manager at HACO247 provided me with comprehensive experience in strategic technology leadership, digital transformation, and organizational development.
